Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
